Should our standard support agreements for OpenCms, that is our premium support or incident support, not cover your OpenCms support requirements, Alkacon Software can also offer you an individual OpenCms support agreement.
Our individual support agreements can cover older or non-standard (customized) OpenCms versions. Morover, we can setup special environments for with components not covered by our standard support agreements. We also can develop special OpenCms extensions or patches during an individual support agreement.
Please note: Unfortunatly we are currently unable to provide a response time faster then 24 hours (next business day).
