Alkacon OpenCms Support
Our support options provide a convenient way to access the knowledge and experience of the team
from Alkacon that is responsible for the OpenCms core development.
We offer several support levels to our customers: From individual support agreements, to
packages of 10 OpenCms support incidents, up to our OpenCms premium support.
Our OpenCms support options
The Alkacon Premium OpenCms Support option is intended for customers which deploy OpenCms in
mission critical applications and projects. With this support option you have the best possible
access to the Alkacon OpenCms and OCEE core development team.
OpenCms support from Alkacon Software is also available in packages of 10 incidents. Incident
support is great for customers with a limited budget and/or a limited number of questions about
